Entrance Size & Suitability

This hide has a full 7cm entrance, which meets the minimum we recommend for Syrian hamsters so it is suitable for Syrians as well as dwarf, Roborovski and Chinese hamsters, mice and gerbils.

As a general guide, we do not recommend openings of under 7cm for Syrians, as a larger hamster can push into a narrow entrance and become stuck. Entrance measurements are listed below so you can check the fit for your own pet before you buy.
